Ross felt his face fall at the sight of a familiar figure.
"You, again," he sighed, pulling up the file on one Buffay, Phoebe. She'd been booked frequently enough that he almost had her rap sheet memorized. "The proverbial bad penny."
She smirked. "Better a bad penny than a bad egg. That would be my twin." Leaning closer to Officer Tribbiani, who'd hauled her in, she confidentially added: "She stinks."
He shrugged, though he appeared curious. "Maybe, maybe not. All I know is, I caught her shopliftin' at the local convenience store, he added to Ross.
"How about resisting arrest?" To the shock of both men, Phoebe dangled her handcuffs before Ross' nose. "I'm also quite the escape artist."
"Wow. That is cool," Officer Tribbiani remarked.
