Summary: "You'd better not be disappointed," he pretended to scold.
"So," the Doctor grinned, watching Rose take in the sights. "How do you like it?"
She beamed, gazing out across cerulean sands that sparkled under a maroon sky. "I love it! Where's the adventure, though?"
The Doctor chuckled. "You'd better not be disappointed," he pretended to scold. "The eighth moon of Riav is a tropical paradise. No invasions, no war..."
"No danger," Rose giggled.
He nodded, winking. "None. Just a tropical beach vacation that the Caribbean could never compare to."
"It does sound like a paradise," Rose concurred--
--until sirens began to blare somewhere outside.
"Wellllll," the Doctor drawled, grinning, "what's Paradise without a shakeup or two?"
Rose laughed as she reached out for the hand he offered. "Probably bloody boring, as far as you're concerned!"
"Rose Tyler, you know me far too well for your own good," he chuckled as they rushed outside to see what the fuss was about this time.
